Terms and Conditions

Atlantic Air Conditioning is committed to offering competitive pricing. If you receive a lower qualifying quote, give us the opportunity to beat it before the competitor begins any work. If we cannot offer a lower price and all conditions below are satisfied, you may be eligible to receive $500.

Eligibility Requirements
  1. The competitor's quote must cover a brand and model currently sold by Atlantic Air Conditioning and Heating.
  2. The quoted equipment must be new, currently available, and from the current model year. Discontinued equipment and prior-year models do not qualify.
  3. The quote must be the competitor's best and final written offer and must identify the exact manufacturer, model, equipment, and complete installation scope.
  4. The competing contractor must be a factory-authorized seller for the quoted manufacturer.
  5. Atlantic Air must receive the complete written quote and be given a reasonable opportunity to beat the competitor's price before any work begins.
  6. If Atlantic Air offers a price lower than the qualifying competitor's quote by any amount, the guarantee will be considered fulfilled, and no $500 payment will be due.
Claim and Payment Requirements

The $500 payment is available only to an individual homeowner purchasing qualifying equipment and installation services for their primary residence. Commercial properties, businesses, investment properties, and other non-owner-occupied purchases are not eligible.

To receive payment, the homeowner must:

  1. Purchase the exact equipment and installation described in the qualifying competitor's quote;
  2. Provide a final invoice and written proof of payment;
  3. Provide documentation showing that all required permits were properly obtained; and
  4. Confirm that the installation was completed according to the submitted quote, manufacturer specifications, and all applicable building and inspection codes.

The installation must be completed by a properly licensed contractor who obtains all required permits and follows the equipment manufacturer's installation requirements.

Atlantic Air will not issue the $500 payment until the qualifying purchase and installation have been completed and all required documentation has been received and verified.

Every condition of this offer must be satisfied. Claims that are incomplete, unverifiable, or otherwise fail to meet these requirements will not qualify. This guarantee cannot be combined with other Atlantic Air rebates, discounts, promotions, or special offers.
